The strength of the sky,
The light of the sun,
The splendor of the moon,
The splendor of fire,
The swiftness of lightning,
The swiftness of the wind,
The depth of the sea,
The stability of the earth,
The firmness of the rock.
I arise today through
the strength of God to guide me,
the strength of God to sustain me,
the wisdom of God to guide me,
The eye of God to look before me,
the ear of God to listen to me,
the word of God to speak for me,
the hand of God to protect me,
the shield of God to shield me,
the host of God to save me
From the snares of devils,
From the temptation of vices,
From all those who would wish me ill,
far and near.
I call today
All these powers between me and those evils,
Against every cruel and merciless power
that may oppose my body and soul,
Against the spells of false prophets,
Against the black laws of paganism,
Against the false laws of heretics,
Against the craft of idolatry,
Against the spells of witches and wizards,
Against every knowledge that corrupts the body and soul of man;
Christ to protect me today
Against poison, against fire,
Against drowning, against wounding,
So that an abundance of reward may come to me.
Christ with me,
Christ before me,
Christ behind me,
Christ in me,
Christ below me,
Christ above me,
Christ on my right,
Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down,
Christ when I sit down,
Christ when I rise,
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me,
Christ on the lips of everyone who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me,
Christ in every ear that hears me
I rise today
By mighty strength, the invocation of the Trinity,
Through faith in the Trinity,
Through confession of the Oneness
of the Creator of creation ☘️☦️
